Companion for Alexa Gear/Watch 3.6.7

This is the companion app for AlexaGear.

AlexaGear is the Samsung Gear/Galaxy Watch application that enables the use of Amazon Alexa Voice Assistant on your Samsung Smartwatch.

This app functions solely as a companion to the Tizen watch app, which is available on the Galaxy Store. It is exclusively compatible with Tizen-based Samsung watches predating Watch 4 and Watch 5 and is not compatible with Wear OS-based watches.

• Optional new method for communication between watch and phone (File is default; test both to determine faster option for your setup)
• Immediate sending of voice command using the same button before default 5 seconds
• Alarm & Timers triggering notification on watch (vibration and sound alarm based on your watch settings)
• Optional purchasable addon available for removing notifications & requirement to open phone app (In-app purchase doesn't remove Ads)

• Better event queueing that ensures Alexa responses are not missed
• Stable communication from watch to phone and Alexa service
• Fix for long start time
• Fix for crash at startup
• Fix for issues with opening on certain devices

*The new watch application requires 3 permissions to be functional due to the new Tizen version. Please remember to accept these during the initial run on your watch.

*For the alarm and timer functions on the watch, the notification feature is utilized. To enable this feature, you must enable notifications for the AlexaGear app via your phone's Galaxy Wearable application (Notification settings).

*Notifications on the watch only trigger when worn.
